A planning application has been submitted to demolish a bungalow in Cuffley and replace it with a six-bedroom home.
The plans, submitted to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council by Zilvinas Babrauskas, would see the dwelling at 13 Tolmers Road knocked down.
In its place, a grand and modern six-bedroom home spread over three floors would be erected.

According to the plans, the ground floor would be made up of a hallway, living room, garage, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room, which leads into the back garden.
The first floor would have a bathroom and four bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Then, on the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, a study and shower room.
