WHEN kids are young, there's nothing more exciting than sharing a room with a sibling.
But as they start to grow older and more independent, they quickly become keen for some privacy in the home.
With this in mind, one savvy mum has shared the clever way she conquered the issue – and it's all thanks to a genius space-saving trick.
In a clip shared to TikTok, Jamesa Leyhe (@endlesswondercreations84) demonstrated how she divided one bedroom into two on a budget so that each child can have their own space.
First up, she shares snap of the bedroom before, which features a bunk bed and nowhere for the kids to have their own privacy.
She then reveals how she created a division wall using some MDF to split the room in half.
"One daughter wanted a retro design painted on her side in her favourite colour," she says, showing off the green squiggly design on the wall.
Jamesha then explains how she built the lofts for the kids' beds on either side of the wall division.
