The Prohibition Enforcement Wing of the city police has arrested two men for allegedly selling foreign liquor at Burma Bazaar.
Following information, the police personnel attached to the Flower Bazaar Prohibition Enforcement Wing on Friday launched surveillance and found some shops illegally selling foreign liquor in bottles.
Police arrested G. Kalyanaraman, 42, of Madhavaram, and S. Naganathan, 52, of Kodungaiyur, and seized 655 bottles of foreign liquor bottles from their shops.
